I have put on my web page two tar files, one of prebuilt X11R6.3 for cygwin
b19 and one of pre-built /usr/local tools - less, groff, man, gdbm, cvs,
ncurses, xpm. Use at your own risk. This provision is experimental at the
moment since it is unclear how badly it will load our server.
