The path to the tcl library is not properly initialised in
cygnus.bat because the definition of CYGNUSROOT is missing.
Without it I got the following messages when starting gdb:
 Error: cannot use fontset "14Point"
        Using default fontset.
 Error: cannot use color scheme "TixGray"
        Using default color scheme.
With the definition added these messages disapeeared.
I am not using the default location. Cygnusroot is
f:\cygnus\b19.

This might also explain some problems people had with wish.
