FYI, Cygnus lost power all day Wednesday.  *sigh*

Due to some data corruption problems, the mailing list archives on the
WWW server will have to be regenerated.  For the time being, they only
run up until the end of December 1997.  I hope that up-to-date
archives are put up soon.
