I recently restarted my computer, adding everything to my paths and such
and get the following message:

'Windows cannot run this program because it is in an invalid format.'

In addition to another box that says:

'Unable to run C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP\XSW\CLIENT\XSW.EXE'

I don't see what could be casuing this problem. Does anyone have any
suggestions?? 

System specs are as follows:

Win95 OSR2
80MB ram
P90
plenty of HD space
B18 - Newest coolview binaries
The X11 & XPM binaries/libs from:
  http://dao.gsfc.nasa.gov/software/grads/win32/X11R6.3/
