In response to popular request, I am uploading a cygwin/mingw32 console
version of the less-332 source code.  Note that the secret is to define
MSC_VER and MSDOS_COMPILER=3 and do a little editing of lglob.h. Running
the `configure' script is unnecessary, since it was already run to
generate the initial Makefile, which was then edited to include the
above definitions.
