Agreed.

It is certainly a good idea to take a look at DJGPP for inspiration on porting
tools and even in design decisions.  They're a environment more mature than
Cygnus Gnu-Win32 and they have lots of experience in porting the gnu tools for
MS-DOS environment.  Remember, MS-DOS is the father of Win32!
