hi!

i tried building vim with perl support. after some (and then some more :)
effort it built ok,
but i was shocked when i saw the size of vim.exe - around 1.5Mb! perl was
linked
STATICALLY! here's the question: is there another way of using perl? i know
that the
version built for win32 using MSVC is a DLL plus an .exe-stub. can something
similar be
done with cygnus tools?
