I have re-built the X11R6.3 libraries/clients for egcs-1.00. 
Please consult:

  http://dao.gsfc.nasa.gov/software/grads/win32/X11R6.3

These egcs-1.00 built libraries DO NOT fully work with B18. The vanilla libX11
appear to work with B18. However, the egcs built libXt and libX3d DO NOT. 
I have no clue of the real reason, but Mumit had already alerted for the
possibility.

Let me know if you run into any problem with these libraries.
