hi,

i have a program complaining about not having a controlling tty.
is this an architectural problem with processes under cygwin32
or is there something i can do (i.e. just to the app) that would
convince it that it had a controlling tty.

i tried setting CYGWIN_TTY=1 but it had no effect.
