I've uploaded a new egcs snapshot (still based on egcs-971023) that 
fixes a few problems with my last one. Again, my local patches are 
yet to be blessed by the respective maintainers, so caveat emptore.

The cygwin.dll supplied is based on Sergey's 971029 release, which 
supposedly has a minor problem with Ctrl-C as reported in this list.
