There seems to be running "find" of Windows95, not of cygnus.

You should use "/gnuwin32/b18/H-i386-cygwin32/bin/find" or write
/etc/profile as follow

        alias find='/gnuwin32/b18/H-i386-cygwin32/bin/find';
