To all:
  Recently I found out about Cygnus' new IDE type program called Cygnus
Foundry.  Does anyone know if this will be released free anytime in the near
future for Win95/NT users?  On IBM-compatible machines?  Just curious, I was
liking the idea of being able to use a IDE to write my Win95 applications
