Hi: 
I want to build postgresql-v6.1(which is a relational database system run
on unix's) on windows NT through gnuwin32. There is a definition "#define
SIGURG 15" on unix. But I don't know it's corresponding definition on
gnuwin32 or windows NT. Does anybody know? Please teel me.
