     Hi,
     
       I am porting some code (which used Microsoft tools) which creates 
     dynamic dialog boxes, and have noticed that the structures involved in 
     creating the memory templates are not compatible between the two.  
     Does someone have a code fragment that constructs the  memory template 
     for dynamic dialog boxes that they would be willing to send? Or any 
     other sort of help.
