I've uploaded the source patch as well as cygwin32-b18-g77-0.5.19.1 
(say that 5 times w/out breaking your teeth ;-) binaries to my web
page at http://www.xraylith.wisc.edu/~khan/software/gnu-win32

As always, it's barely tested and totally unsupported. Also, please
don't send email asking for 0.5.20 for b18 since I simply don't have
the time for it.
