Using gcc Beta 17.1 on W95.

Can't call MS dll's which are made by newer Versions. (tested with MSVC
4.2).
Error Message: "The application failed to initialize properly. Press OK to
terminate."
Especially there is no hint how to test a MS dll call. It would
be nice to have an test MS dll in the package.
Have this problem verified with John Cerny (j-cerney1@ti.com).

Dlls generate by MSVC V2.0 are callable.
