I have a user trying to port an IRIX RPC client to NT. It relies heavily on xdr. 
He has found rpc examples on NT, but not xdr. Doing a web search finds lots of 
references to windows NT & rpc, but not windows NT & xdr.

Does anyone know of a port of xdr to NT or have any ideas as to where we can 
look?
