If archive bit is cleared, the speed-up code will not work, current 
cygwin's slow code will do all the work. But You are right - if backup 
utulity don't back up files with this bit cleared, all executables and 
symlinks will not be backed up. It's up to You - to use or not to use this 
patch :-)
