Im sorry if i missed this somewhere but is there a fix for the select()
function yet, i noticed somehwere in the docs it said it doenst work with a
timeout value and the code i am porting really depends on it. There is a
replacement function in the source but it causes 30 seconds pauses while
the program is running. Is there a way to fix this?
