I would like to know, possibly from a representative of Cygnus,
what it's the latest version of the cygnus DLL who it's still
LGPL'ed (I was told that it's 16.1 but I want to be sure).

I would also like to ask to Cygnus if they plan to release others
LGPL'ed beta versions of their DLL in the future.
