Under Win95/WinNT, it's 'cls', if all you need is a way to clear the 
screen.  If you're looking for a way to have 'clear' in script files 
still clear the screen, you could simply make a script 'clear' which runs 
cls...not a pretty soltuion, granted, but one which works. :)
