Often when running bash (in a command window) and clicking on
another application and then back to the bash window results in a
character being input to bash. It's always the same character within
a single bash instance, but different bash windows have different
characters. Also, it's always an upper case letter.

	I'm running NT 4.0 (SP1) with the beta-16 bash.
