Sorry to take up bandwidth with this. It turns out that this is simply a bug
in the windows32api-0.1.2 sockets.h header file. The redefinitions of all
the errno.h-type constants in sockets.h should be #if 0 ... #endif enclosed,
as they are in the MSVC header files. There is even a comment to the effect
that they *are* in Scott's files, but they are not...
