Hello,
	In the "debug" download from Cygnus' x86 sub-directory it is
in the "four.zip" file if you have to extract it again for some 
reason.  (Assuming you have the zip files and not the tar.gz's)
	On my Win95 install it shows up in the following sub-directories
after doing a straight un-archive from the zip files, (from C:\)
C:\cygnus\bin
C:\cygnus\H-i386-cygwin32\i386-cygwin32\lib
C:\cygnus\H-i386-cygwin32\bin
