On the web page http://www.goof.com/pcg/source.html I down the patch file

gcc-2.95.1-pgcc-2.95.1.diff.gz

several times I have dowloaded and tried run gunzip against it and got the
following error

gcc-2.95.1-pgcc-2.95.1.diff.gz: not in gzip format

Am I running the right tool against the file or is it corrupted.

Where may I find an non corrupted version of the file
