I got this when compiling pgcc 1.1.2 (pgcc-2.91.66  the Makefile says)

this was on a 'i586-pc-linux-gnu'

uname -a :

this is a upgraded redhat 5.2 system with glibc 2.0.7 and
binutils 2.9.1.0.23

here is the configline for pgcc...

[106/0 root AT Leeloo /usr/src/pgcc-1.1.2]# ./configure --prefix=/usr
--enable-shared --with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/local/include/pgxx
--enable-shared --with-gnu-as --with-gnu-ld --enable-threads

I used pgcc-1.1.1(pgcc-2.91.60) for compiling pgcc-1.1.2 ...

There were no problem when I compiled egcs-1.1.2.. but the config was not
exactly the same(but I'm not sure)... (and I didn't do 'make bootstrap'
, I i just did 'make' then)

if I forgott som info.. just Replay and ask for them..
and if possible I send them to you
