There are 2 problems with that:
1. Legitimate beastium users on AOL will get blocked.
2. A lot of spam has AOL forged in the from: line but really came from
someplace else...

....but this particular specimen does seem to be a geniune AOL spam.
Reverse-lookup on 198.81.17.70 even gives imo26.mx.aol.com...
