* another two of those nasty unrolling bugs fixed (in conjunction with
  -frisc and -fcopy-prop). no, nbench still doesn't work :(
* I repaired the commandline help facility. try "--enable-clh" when
  configuring. (could all binary maintainers give it a try as well?)
