egcs changed from %y to %Y, i.e. 4 digit years instead of 2. likewise does
pgcc. the diffs are now named

egcs-yyyymmdd-pgcc-yyyymmdd.diff
pgcc-yyyymmdd-yyyymmdd.diff

and the current one should be named

pgcc-9803??-19980418.diff (forgot the date - again)

except for the dos snapshot ;) could anybody please switch to 4 digit years
in the package names? the program on goof.com should automatically adapt
(well, its untested ;)
