DOS was removed from these versions. Supposedly this will speed up WINDOZE. However, I bel;ieve you can still install the OLDDOS and still use DOS. I am not certain of this. I had ME installed for a short time and looked at it. It had no DOS commands and no DOS prompt. Your best bet is just to make a dual booting system and install a version of pure DOS anyway.
