Hi, I've tried installing opendos from floppy. It gets as far as analysing the existing system and then hangs accessing the floppy disk right after it has done... Searching System Path ... Searching drive C: ... (and lots and lots of C: drive activity) The BIOS is a non-LBA bios, the hard disk is 520M disk partitioned into 3: 1 is Primary DOS 250Mbytes 2 is Linux 16 Mbytes swap 3 is Linus 254 Mbytes ext2fs Anybody any ideas about why the machine hangs - must press the hard reset. cheers Jim Jackson
