I forgot to mention the biggest problem I had! And others have made reference to a similar problem, so I'd long been thinking I should mention it. I used Norton speedisk (from NU7.0) to do a bit of optimizing, and found subsequently that ndd reported a slew of lost chains. Now, the problem is, I'm not really certain that speedisk was the culprit. I'll be looking into this some more. Takashi
