Debian 11 (bullseye) has already been released, so it's too late for that.

There are plans to add gEDA/gaf to Debian 12 (bookworm), but according to 
Debian policy, this won't happen unless someone (probably me) removes the 
last dependencies on CPython 2.  The hard parts of this process have 
already been done, but there are still a lot of loose ends to take care 
of.

In case you are comfortable with building it yourself, you can find 
Kai-Martin's geda-gaf package for Debian 11 here:
