Roland,
Is the name (either basename, filename, or path (I only need the
basename)) of loaded symbols available from the xorn object found at
gaf.blueprint.Component.ob? If so how do I access it?

Reading the code it looks like it may be but something isn't clicking
for me with reading the xorn python code.

Trust me it would take me longer to explain the why than it would for
you answer :)

At this point it is only one possible approach to my problem anyway.
