What I do is just hover the pin/pad and hit shifk-K until the
clearance shrinks to zero.  The downside to this is the pin will then
short any poly if you reposition the part, so it's best to do it once
you've got it positioned, then lock it after.  Also DRC will complain
about it, but it's pretty easy to just visually filter out all those
warnings.
