Hi Britton,

In a real board the line traces (w/o clearline == join) and the copper
plane would be the same copper (and not 35 um trace copper on top of 35
um plane copper for a total of 70 um copper layer thickness at the line
trace).

I you draw a line trace (w/o clearline == join) across a copper plane
and hit "|" for thin line you would see the line trace continue after
the plane.

In the above screenshot I think I see two copper planes, a grey-ish one
and a red-ish one, each on a different layer, red on top of grey. I
think the rendering is ok.
I think the vias are tented and have no noticeable clearance.

Could you please post a minimal pcb native file showing the behaviour ?
As to verify my assumptions.

Kind regards,

Bert Timmerman.
