In that case they are one net.

A single or a few warnings is not a big problem.

This might also be useful to separate a trace used for measurement signals.

It is neglected during the short circuit detection but during clearance test it could still be checked, I think anyway. To keep away from the antenna is probably needed anyway.

An almost normal pad would do the trick. A normal pad have show up in the solder mask and paste layer but this should almost certainly not.
