Sweet!

I first thought "Wow!  What a great idea!"

Then I thought "There's not a switchable outlet in my entire house..."

Also, why not a ground pin?

Is the radio protocol going to be open, so you could control an outlet
from your computer?  Assuming you had the right hardware, of course.
