Actually it is simple to add whatever layer is needed to the stackup and use any of the ordinary drawing primitives:

  1. To use the drawing primitives for cutout is however not possible.
  2. To use the drawing primitives in pins/pads/vias is not possible.
  3. For board outline is a good idea to use a filled polygon instead of a line?
  4. For a board howto draw a slit? Cutout in outline polygon?
