Just when I started to get my section of gedasymbols up to speed
again.. :-|

I was able to connect to CVS and add the directories. But a "cvs commit"
for all my files hangs with
cvs commit: [18:34:34] waiting for cvs's lock in /cvs/gedasymbols/CVSROOT
cvs commit: [18:35:04] waiting for cvs's lock in /cvs/gedasymbols/CVSROOT
  ...
Is this to be expected at the current state of the servers? Or is it a
symptom of a problem?

Would I potentially break things if I kill the hanging cvs command?
