ATXmegaA1.sym:

wget http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod_documents/doc8067.pdf
... ERROR 404: Not Found

///

ATXmegaA3.sym
ATXmegaC3.sym
ATXmegaD3.sym

seems to be nearly identical, as you written in a comment in the files.

 But perhaps you would like to do a version of
ATXmegaA4.sym
ATXmegaC4.sym
ATXmegaD4.sym

with the same symbol size and pin layout (except where missing)
as the '3 chip, so you could start with a '4 symbol,
and when need arises simply exchange the '4 symbol with the '3 symbol,
and vice versa --- as drop in replacements in the schematics.

Compare with the four stm32f100lm.syspwr.*.sym files in
 http://turkos.aspodata.se/git/openhw/pdftosym/examples.pintosym/

/Karl Hammar
