I do have two polygon areas that I added and placed as footprints that are
in my pcb-elements file.  They do not connect to anything; just shapes that
I want to attach metal plates to.  Yes, the routed layers are shown.  There
are 13 nets and none are disabled.  The log says "The rats nest is stale!
Aborting autoroute..."
