I don't need github since I have my own site.

I'm perfectly fine with using Bert's repo and sending patches to him, I
just didn't know about it. Since it is available there is no need for me
to have a public pcb repo so I'll remove it.

I don't see the value in chasing gtk nor qt etc., motif is perfectly
fine for this.
