You mean like Vishay's ACAS series?
I've been using them quite frequently for over a decade.
What I've done is to define a symbol with multiple slots (actually 2 in
my case since I use ACASN, not ACASA) and I have added another attribute
("label" or "val" depending on my mood at the time) which is visible
in the symbol (and therefore promoted) and has a default value of "?".
Then I just edit this value on the symbol instance. It's not perfect
since it does not enforce R1 = R4 and R2 = R3, but it's only a
documentation item. The important information for assembly is the device
name (for example ACASN1002S5002).
But maybe someone has a better solution.
