pcb-rnd ( http://repo.hu/projects/pcb-rnd/ ) can load your PCB files and
has built in milling machine toolpath gcode export capability.

you can also view the the generated g-code in the related CAM file viewer
camv-rnd before milling.

http://www.repo.hu/projects/camv-rnd/

Both can be installed from a package on most linux distros, and now have
gtk4 support.

Regards,

Erich
