Hi Rob,

AFAICT this issue was solved in pcb release 4.1.3 (October 3rd, 2018).

Please download the tarball from 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pcb/files/pcb/pcb-4.1.3/

and try to build and install a rpm with the spec file available.
