Hi all,

I'm happy to announce the last pcb-rnd release of the year.

The new release features a footprint pin/pad renumber GUI and cycle drag 
(http://repo.hu/projects/pcb-rnd/cycdrag.html). It also removes some of 
the GNU and locale dependency.

Thanks to Bert for beta testing cycle drag!

Future directions: there's no important feature left on my TODO list. 
Unless there's new user demand for features, the next few releases are 
likely to be about bugfixes and cleanup.
