Not me :)

I don't like their interface, I don't like the translation suggestions
they palm off, since technical translation way differs from
non-technical one. I prefer when people send translations to me
privately or file bug reports attaching them on launchpad. However, I
consider merging translations from launchpad to be a Good Thing
which makes our tools more available to users. Peter Brett was the last
who merged translations for geda-gaf. I didn't do this in 1.9.2 in hope
I would be able to do it ASAP. Unfortunately, I don't know what to do
further with all the mess we have now in the repository and in the
mailing list.
