  git clone git://git.geda-project.org/pcb
  cd pcb
  ./autogen.sh && ./configure --disable-nls --disable-doc && make

You'll need some dependencies, packages ending with '-dev'. Configure
should stop and tell you if there's something missing. After
installation of a dependency simply start over the last line. Repeat
until configure and the build completes.

No need to install it, pcb runs fine without installation:

  src/pcbtest.sh <layout file>
