Hmm. I found it because I knew it was there. The instructions do not
exactly stand out. I think they should be more obvious -- not because
someone who is committed to contribute will have an easier time to find
it. A more obvious instruction would raise the awareness that
contributions are actually welcome. I mean, the wiki currently does not
hum with authors ....

How about a link in the footer of every regular wiki page?
